一、用途Application

      QDN系列枪式点焊机广泛应用于大型网板和大型钢板结构件的成形点焊，可焊接低碳钢、不锈钢、铜、铝等金属圆材及板材。特适合文具柜、电器柜、防盗门的生产。

QDN series gun-spot welder is widely used in the complete welding of the structures of large halftone and large steel plate. It can used to weld the spars and plates of the metals such as mild steel, stainless steel, copper and aluminum, specially suiting for the manufacture of the stationery cabinet, apparatus cabinet and security door.

二、结构特点Structural features

      该系列点焊机次级用软电缆引出，操作灵活，对普通点焊机无法施焊的死角及无法搬动的焊件更显示其无与伦比的优越性。QDN1型焊接时间由时间继电器设定，电流8档调节；QDN2型带有微电脑控制器，调节范围更广，更精细。根据工件结构及焊接工件大小选择焊枪与电缆。焊枪分单极和双极，电缆分水冷和干式。选用单极焊枪，客户自配工作平板(铜板)。

With flexible cable used in secondary welder, this series of spot welders operate freely and show incomparable advantages over ordinary welders when dealing with blind spaces and irremovable weldments. For QDN1 welders, welding intervals are controlled by time relay and 8 grades of current are available; for QDN2 welders, the inner-equipped microcomputer enables larger adjusting range and finer regulation. Welding torches and cables can be chosen according to the structure of the work pieces and the size of the weldments. Welding torches are classified into uni-polar and bi-polar ones, and cables into water-cooling and dry-type ones. If choosing the uni-polar welding torch, the customer should take his own plate (of copper).
