   膨胀珍珠岩是一种无毒、无味、不燃、不腐、耐酸碱、保温、隔音隔热，内部呈蜂窝状结构产品，是由酸性火山玻璃质熔岩(珍珠岩)经破碎，筛分至一定粒度，再经预热，在14000℃以上高温延时烧结而制成的一种白色或浅色的优质绝热保温材料，可与不同的胶结料配制制成如憎水珍珠岩制品、珍珠岩吸音板、隔墙板、防火板等。

 珍珠岩主要用于建筑物屋面及墙体的保温、隔热；建筑材料的轻质骨料珍珠岩；各种工业设备、管道绝热层；各种深冷、冷库工程的内壁；农业及园艺的无土栽培、改良土壤，保水保肥等，被广泛应用于石油、化工、电力、建筑、冶金等行业。

2.4珍珠岩施工工艺

以膨胀珍珠岩骨料、水泥、沥青、水玻璃树脂等为粘结剂，甲基含氢硅油为憎水剂制成各种憎水或不憎水珍珠岩制品用于设备、管道、屋面、墙体保温。

2.5屋面珍珠岩保温施工方案

使用珍珠岩保温层必需按36㎡标准预留排气孔和四周排气槽。具体操作，先用水泥砂浆进行一次屋面找平：再将珍珠岩散料按照1：8比率和水泥混合，然后满铺、压紧刷平，达到标准厚度，最后将做好的珍珠岩散料以3：1比率和水泥制成砂浆铺平表面（厚度2-3厘米）。

2.6注意事项

本品珍珠岩为聚丙烯编织袋包装也可按照客户具体要求进行包装（需客户支付包装费用），避免锐器触碰，适宜储存于室内，室外施工时应做好防雨、防踏压，堆积高度不宜高于2米。
